B. Hwanhari:

Welcome to the Voice of the June Lotus. A sacred space for truth, alignment, healing, and inner guidance. I'm your host, B. Hwanhari, holistic life coach, wellness guide, and intuitive energy alchemist. Here, we explore the path of inner transformation through soulful reflections, gentle guidance, and real conversations. Whether you're navigating change, reconnecting with your intuition, or simply craving more peace in your life, you're in the right place. Now, take a deep breath, settle in, and let's tune into the wisdom within.

B. Hwanhari:

Hello and welcome back. I hope you are settled in and can give your undivided attention. Today's episode is one that I deeply resonate with because I've experienced this firsthand over the past few years. And it's because it's a reminder so many of us need from time to time. You're not lost, you're recalibrating.

B. Hwanhari:

What is recalibration?

B. Hwanhari:

Let's start by unpacking this idea of recalibration. Recalibration is that sacred space between who you used to be and who you're becoming.

B. Hwanhari:

It's the moment after you've let go of something familiar, but before the new thing fully arrives. It might show up during a job change, the end of a relationship, a move to a new city or town, a health scare, a spiritual awakening, or even just a quiet moment where you suddenly realize I've outgrown this version of me. And in that space, it's natural to feel uncertain, wobbly, lonely and even scared. We might say things like, "I don't know who I am anymore."" I don't know what I want." "I feel like I'm floating." But I want to offer a refrain, that floating, that in between, that's not being lost. That is your system, your spirit, your body, your intuition recalibrating.

B. Hwanhari:

Story time, confidently lost in real time.

B. Hwanhari:

I want to share a story with you.

B. Hwanhari:

Something that happened to one of my clients. We'll call her Shelly. Shelly came to me during a really vulnerable time in her life. She had just left a long term job in the corporate world. She's been there for over a decade, making good money, managing a team and building a career path on paper that looked perfect. But inside, she was crumbling. She was exhausted, disconnected and uninspired. So she made the brave decision, she quit. She walked away from the safety net with no backup plan. Just an inner knowing that said, this is no longer for me.

B. Hwanhari:

In the few weeks that followed, she experienced panic attacks, she cried, she second guessed everything. She kept even asking me during our coaching sessions, did I just ruin my life? What if I made the wrong choice? I feel like I'm lost. I feel like I'm losing myself. And every time I just gently reminded her, you're not lost, you're recalibrating. See what was really happening was Shelly was letting go of an outdated identity. One that no longer fit her, no longer fit her spirit. She was shedding an old version of herself that the world had applauded to make space for the woman she was becoming, which was a healer, a creative and a guide for others. It took time, it took stillness, it took patience.

B. Hwanhari:

But eventually, Shelly found her rhythm again. She started painting, she took a yoga teacher training course, she created a lifestyle coaching offering of her own. And one day she messaged me and said, "I thought I was really lost, but turns out I was just being rerouted. I just needed to trust myself and the process." That's what recalibration looks like.

B. Hwanhari:

Trusting the pause.

B. Hwanhari:

I want you to think of recalibration like updating your internal GPS. When you're driving and you take a new turn, your GPS doesn't scream at you, it simply says, recalculating or rerouting. It finds a new way, it adapts, it reroutes you. That's exactly what your soul is doing when you're in transition. But you have to be willing to pause. We live in a world that pushes for immediate clarity, instant results and fast progress. But the sacred process of transformation requires a pause. It requires trust. It requires listening, deep intuitive listening.

B. Hwanhari:

Why transitions feel so scary?

B. Hwanhari:

Recalibrating is not comfortable. You may feel like the floor has disappeared from under you. That's because you're in a space where the old comfort is gone, but the new stability hasn't fully arrived yet. During this time, we're wide open, vulnerable to opinions, energy and pressure from other people. If we haven't strengthened our intuition or rebuilt our self trust, we can easily latch onto someone else's version of safety. But I wanna lovingly challenge you. Don't settle for what's safe just because it's familiar. Hold out for what's aligned. And in the meantime, practice being comfortable with the uncomfortable. Like a caterpillar in its cocoon, it's messy, it's unknown, But it's leading to your wings.

B. Hwanhari:

Reframing the journey.

B. Hwanhari:

Let's practice reframing. If you've been saying, "I don't know what's next," "I feel lost," "everything's changing." Try instead, "I'm making space for something greater." "This is my sacred pause." "I'm confident even in the in between." "I trust what's unfolding, even if I don't fully see it yet." "I'm exactly where I should be and everything will unfold in perfect timing."

B. Hwanhari:

Journal prompts for recalibrating souls.

B. Hwanhari:

Now, I invite you to grab your journal or you may simply reflect and answer these questions. Number one, where in my life do I feel like I'm in a state of transition? Number two, what old versions of me am I ready to release? Number three, what emotions arise when I sit in the unknown? Number four, how can I create more safety and grounding within myself? Number five, what support do I need to trust this process more deeply?

B. Hwanhari:

Grounding practices for the in between.

B. Hwanhari:

To support you during recalibration, here are some gentle practices. Morning check ins. Ask yourself, what do I need today? Nature walks: Let the earth remind you of the seasons of growth. Breathwork: Anchor into the present with your breath. Creative play: Paint, write, dance. Let your soul express itself. Boundaries: Limit input from people who cloud your intuition. And affirmations: Speak life into your becoming.

B. Hwanhari:

Closing reflection.

B. Hwanhari:

I want to leave you with this. Don't rush the recalibration. Don't try to fix what isn't broken. You're simply becoming more aligned, more clear, more connected. Let yourself be confidently lost. Let yourself walk forward with curiosity and trust. And remember, just because you can't see what's next, doesn't mean something beautiful isn't unfolding. You're not lost, you are recalibrating. And your next chapter is going to bless you in ways you can't even yet imagine.
